SastaSundar is an online pharmacy and digital platform of healthcare supported by a network of physical counselling and service centres called ‘Healthbuddies’. The service verticals of SastaSundar are Pharmacy, Diagnostics and Wellness.

We exist to use knowledge and digital connectivity to reduce cost and add convenience in making available high quality medicines, healthcare products and services to make life simple and happy.

We have a B2C website and mobile app named ‘SastaSundar.com’ (www.sastasundar.com)

SastaSundar also supports small pharmacies through its B2B Platform called Retailer Shakti (www.retailershakti.com/).

The name ‘SastaSundar’ is derived from a popular Indian phrase in terms of consumer experience of Savings and Quality.

Our online ecosystem is supported by offline, independent ‘Healthbuddies’ who act as our last mile delivery partners.

A Healthbuddy is a low-cost physical counselling and service centre with the licence to function as ‘Retail Chemist and Druggist’ and is equipped with the digital ‘Know Health’ info bank and qualified pharmacists. Our Healthbuddies are connected with the centralised inventory and resources via SastaSundar digital connectivity.

At SastaSundar, we salute the spirit of aatmanirbharta. So by walking every step of the way with these Healthbuddies, our platform encourages local entrepreneurship.

The network is designed to address the following areas:

  • 1. Facilitating access to Genuine Medicines at Genuine Prices in a consistent and convenient manner
  • 2. Taking orders, pick up and home delivery of genuine medicines and OTC products
  • 3. Providing personal healthcare counselling to customers by taking help of the centralised knowledge
  • 4. Providing customised health conditioned products (like Customised Heath Supplement DNAVITA)
  • 5. Providing customised health conditioned services (like Personalised Diet Counselling by YANA Diet Clinic)
  • 6. Providing health information services (from SastaSundar digital repository of health articles, videos, infographics, etc.)
  • 7. Connecting with and providing facilities of Genu Path Labs (an NABL accredited diagnostic laboratory powered by SastaSundar.com)
  • 8. Serving as a centre for the diagnostic laboratory
  • 9. Engaging in local community services like organising free health check-up and diet counselling camps (both online & offline)
  • 10. Acting as Local Support Systems and taking healthcare to the doorsteps of all the people in each locality
  • The SastaSundar Healthbuddy Network has its presence in all the 22 Districts of West Bengal and is already operational in Delhi - Haryana, Jharkhand, Uttarakhand, Western Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Odisha, Mumbai and Assam.
  • The places, where our network is not established currently, are being serviced via courier and therefore, we are sufficing doorstep delivery to customers almost across PAN India.
